Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Brisbane team on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential to extend.

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the end-to-end recruitment journey from sourcing to onboarding. Reporting to the Principal – Talent Acquisition, you'll work closely with HR partners and hiring leaders to connect top talent with the right opportunities while keeping the experience seamless for everyone involved.

Key responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end recruitment journey from sourcing to onboarding

- Work closely with HR partners and hiring leaders

- Source and connect top talent with opportunities

- Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels

- Bring fresh ideas and market insight to recruitment

About you

- Recruitment experience, ideally within the mining or heavy/blue-collar space

- Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels





- Solid grasp of employment contracts and conditions

- Great time management and multitasking abilities

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills

- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and collaborative

- Relevant qualifications in Business or HR are a plus, but not essential
