Immediate Start | Full-Time, Part-Time & Casual - Multiple Positions Available

We’re looking for a motivated all-rounder to join our small, friendly family owned team.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, combining Showroom Sales, Customer Service, Warehousing, Stock Management and occasional onsite work.

Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm

About the Role

Reporting to the Department Manager, you’ll play an important role in keeping our showroom and warehouse running smoothly while providing an excellent experience for our customers.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming and assisting showroom customers and handling phone enquiries

- Providing exceptional customer service and building solid customer relationships

- Growing and maintaining our existing customer base

- Preparing quotations and costings from sales enquiries

- Working with clients on specialised and custom jobs

- Keeping the showroom fresh, attractive, clean and well presented

- Assisting with visual merchandising and showroom displays

- Monitoring stock levels and placing orders as required

- Receiving, checking, organising and putting away incoming goods

- Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch

- Organising transport and tracking incoming and outgoing freight

- Maintaining an organised, safe and functional warehouse

- Liaising with suppliers and coordinating orders





- Assisting with onsite measures and check measures

- Occasional onsite installations, fit-outs and Christmas decorations

- Working independently as well as contributing positively to a small team

- Following all OH&S; policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, customer-focused and willing to get stuck in.

You’ll ideally have:

- Current Driver’s Licence – ESSENTIAL

- Forklift Licence – must have a willingness to get one.

- Intermediate computer skills, including Excel and Word

- Experience with GARY sales software and/or drawing/design programs is beneficial

- The ability to safely lift and move heavier items

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- The ability to multi-task and prioritise in a busy environment

- Design experience – highly regarded

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
