Happy Little Butterfly Early Learning Centre is seeking a passionate and experienced Degree Qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our dynamic team in Campbelltown, NSW. As a part-time role, you will play a crucial part in nurturing and inspiring our young learners, helping them to grow and thrive in a supportive and engaging environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality, developmentally appropriate educational programs for children aged 0-5 years
- Observe and assess children's progress, adjusting teaching strategies to cater to individual needs
- Foster a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment that encourages creativity and exploration
- Build strong relationships with children, families and the broader community
- Collaborate with the teaching team to continuously improve teaching practices and centre operations
- Comply with all relevant regulations, policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant learning environment
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Current early childhood teacher's registration or eligibility to obtain registration
- Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering engaging learning programs for children aged 0-5 years
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and the ability to cater to diverse learning needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Commitment to continuous professional development and a collaborative approach to teaching
