- Roof Tilers / Roofing Labourers

- Bricklayer’s Labourers

- Precast / Civil Labourers

About the Role

As part of the Reliance Workforce team, you will support a range of construction and precast projects through hands‑on labouring and trade support work.

Responsibilities include:

- Assisting trades with day‑to‑day construction tasks

- Handling and installing materials (including precast elements where required)

- General site labouring, loading/unloading materials

- Site clean‑ups, preparation and maintenance

- Following all WHS policies to ensure a protected workplace





- Working collaboratively to meet project deadlines

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in general construction, labouring or trade assisting

- Physically fit – capable of regular lifting 10–20kg

- Reliable, punctual and safety‑focused

- Able to follow instructions and work well in a team

- Willing to learn and adapt on site

- Minimum provisional driver’s licence and own reliable transport

- Over 18 years of age

- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia

- Forklift Operators- with up to 12 tonne experience with concrete/ steel
