About the role

As a Sales Executive at Escape RV's, you will be responsible for generating sales from our premium caravan range on offer within the dealership. This full time role is based in our Campbellfield showroom and offers the opportunity to be part of a well established, dynamic and growing team and company in the RV industry.

What you'll be doing

- Ensuring the day to day presentation of the dealership and yourself are always of a high standard.

- Engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and guide them toward the best solution for their requirements.

- Conducting product demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of the caravans on display.

- Preparing detailed quotes and proposals for customers.

- Negotiating sale terms and closing deals.

- Maintaining a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and proactively following up with leads using the CRM provided.

- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

- Collaborating with the wider sales and operations team to support the overall business objectives.

What we're looking for

- Proven track record in sales, ideally within the automotive, recreational vehicle or similar industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.





- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Passion for the outdoors, caravanning and the recreational vehicle lifestyle and a desire to share that enthusiasm with customers.

- Attending trade shows in Victoria as part of the Escape Rvs team with the opportunity to travel interstate and assist in other trade shows attended by the brands you will represent at Escape Rvs.
