Aus Fitness 24/7 is a new Gym x Sauna x Pilates facility in Zetland, and we’re looking for a driven Membership Consultant to join us and become our team member throughout presale, launch and beyond.

We believe a great gym can genuinely change someone’s life, helping them become stronger, healthier, more confident and more consistent. We want someone who believes in that too, enjoys working with people, and likes the challenge of turning interest into something you can monetise.

This is a real sales role. You’ll spend a significant amount of time on the phone, following up leads, booking visits and helping people decide whether Aus Fitness is right for them.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Calling and following up with people who have enquired about Aus Fitness

- Working through leads, missed calls and older enquiries

- Booking prospective members in to visit the gym

- Speaking with leads about their goals and what they’re looking for

- Conducting gym tours and membership consultations

- Helping people choose the right membership

- Following up consistently until there is a clear outcome

- Working towards individual and team sales targets

- Welcoming members and creating a strong first impression

- Assisting with presale outreach, promotions and local marketing

- Helping maintain a clean,



professional and welcoming environment

- Helping maintain and improve the gym’s social media and marketing content

About You

We’d love to meet you if:

- You genuinely enjoy training and being around gyms

- You have previous sales and/or customer service experience

- You’re confident speaking with people face-to-face and over the phone

- You’re comfortable making a high volume of calls and following people up

- You’re self-driven and like working toward measurable results

- You stay positive when people say no

- You’re reliable, organised and follow through on what you say

- You take feedback well and want to improve quickly

- You bring good energy and enjoy being part of a team

- You are proactive rather than waiting to be told what to do
