Responsibilities

About the Role： As a LIVE Creator Growth Strategist for the ANZ market, you will play a key role in growing one of the most dynamic areas of the TikTok ecosystem. You will partner closely with creators to unlock growth opportunities, improve performance, and help build a healthy, vibrant LIVE creator ecosystem. This role combines strategic thinking, creator relationship management, business analysis, and cross-functional execution. Responsibilities：

- Own the end-to-end management of a defined creator segment or tier, driving performance outcomes and developing scalable workflows and operating methodologies.
- Analyze the creator ecosystem to identify trends, growth opportunities, and operational gaps, and translate insights into actionable strategies and execution plans.
- Own and monitor key success metrics, including revenue growth, creator retention, content quality, and creator tier progression.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with creators and maintain ongoing communication to understand their needs, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Help creators improve performance by driving adoption of internal tools, monetization products, and operational best practices through both one-to-one and scaled approaches.
- Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to integrate resources and execute creator growth initiatives effectively.
- Collaborate with campaign, agency, and partner teams to improve operational efficiency, drive creator participation in major campaigns, and scale business impact.




- Maintain a strong understanding of the broader creator ecosystem, proactively identify risks, and support ecosystem governance and health initiatives through cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):

- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 3+ years of professional experience in strategy, operations, account management, business development, creator management, or related fields.
- Robust sense of ownership with the ability to work independently and proactively drive initiatives from insight to execution.
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to use data to evaluate outcomes, identify trends, and generate actionable recommendations.
- Experience participating in or leading large-scale, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence a range of internal and external partners.

Preferred Qualification(s):

- Experience in social media, live-streaming, creator or talent management, agency or MCN operations, digital content, or related ecosystems.
- Strong interest in the creator economy, live-streaming, and digital entertainment.
- Familiarity with creator growth strategies, monetization models, and operational frameworks in platform-based businesses.
- Creative and strategic mindset with experience in mentorship, coaching, or creator development.
- Passion for TikTok, LIVE streaming, and emerging creator-led business models.
