Senior Property Manager | Inner North | $85K + Super + Commissions
n An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager or Property Manager to join a well-structured and growing residential property management team in Melbourne's inner north.
n This role offers the opportunity to manage a well-maintained portfolio capped at 175 properties, with strong administrative and leasing support, flexible working arrangements and an attractive commission structure.

What You'll Be Doing:

n

n
- Managing a residential portfolio of up to 175 properties
n
- Managing all aspects of end-to-end Property Management
n




- Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
n
- Coordinating leasing, maintenance, inspections and tenancy matters
n
- Managing compliance and general portfolio administration
n
- Maintaining accurate records and CRM activity
n
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle
n
- Working closely with administration and leasing support
n

What We're Looking For:

- Previous residential Property Management experience
n
- Strong end-to-end Property Management knowledge
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Highly organised with solid attention to detail
n
- Confident managing a portfolio independently
n
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach
n
- Strong customer service skills
n
- Ability to work effectively within a supportive team environment
