We’re recruiting for an entry-level Recruitment Consultant to join a large, fast-growing industry leader based in the heart of Fortitude Valley.

No recruitment experience? Perfectly fine. Full training is provided.

This role would suit someone who loves people, enjoys being busy, is confident on the phone and wants a career that combines recruitment, HR, administration and relationship building.

You honestly won’t know if recruitment is for you until you hear what the role is all about — so if you’re looking for something new, rewarding, exciting and fast-paced.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Speaking with candidates and helping them find great opportunities

- Interviewing and screening applicants

- General HR and recruitment administration

- Building relationships with candidates

- Working as part of a busy,



supportive and high-energy team

- Learning the recruitment industry from the ground up

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need recruitment experience. We’re looking for personality, attitude and potential.

You might currently work in administration, reception, customer service, hospitality, retail or another people-focused role and be ready for something completely different.

If you’re confident, organised, bubbly, motivated and love dealing with people, we want to hear from you.
