We're Upstairs, a strategy-first marketing and creative agency in Northbridge. We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead high-retention, strategy-led accounts, own key business relationships, and drive long-term roadmap growth. Strategy here is a team sport. Everyone gets a seat at the table, we work hard, and we have a lot of fun doing it. Most of all, we genuinely care about what happens to our clients' businesses.

Key responsibilities

n

Lead and own client relationships across retainer and project clients in retail, events, agriculture, mining, and more

n

Maintain devlope strong relationships with key stakeholders across our client base

n

Chair regular reviews: honest, data-led, and focused on long-term growth

n

Be the primary strategic contact clients turn to for performance and directional advice

n

Lead annual strategic planning and campaign roadmaps across your account portfolio

n

Work alongside our data analyst to turn performance insights into explicit, confident client conversations

n

Spot the long-term growth opportunities each client is ready for

n

Brief our designers, developers, and media specialists with enough context to do their best work

n





Be the last set of eyes on anything that leaves the building under your client's name

n

Inspire and mentor team members across the agency

n

About you

n

5+ years in agency account management or genuine multi-client work

n

Broad digital knowledge across paid search, SEO, CRM and digital project managment

n

Ability to read campaign performance and turn it into actionable recommendations clients buy into

n

Clear written and verbal communication

n

You run your own accounts, your own time, and your own standards

n

Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle for local client visits across Perth

n

Suitable home office setup for WFH days and remote client presentations

$100k–$130k package (inclusive of an achievable performance bonus) + superannuation
