Senior Property Manager - Premium Portfolio (Central Gold Coast location)

We've partnered with a highly regarded, high-end Property Management agencies known for managing premium portfolios and maintaining an outstanding team culture. With exceptionally low staff turnover and a reputation for doing things properly, opportunities here don't come up often.

They are looking for an experienced Property Manager to take over a well-maintained portfolio of just 110-140 properties.

What sets this role apart:

Salary $85,000 - $95,000 (DOE) + Super + Commissions

n

Monday to Friday, enjoy your weekends

n

Stable, long-standing team with a genuinely positive culture

Majority "Out of Office" support

Manage your portfolio with confidence (Support with Leasing and Inspections)

n

Build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants

n

Oversee maintenance with efficiency and care

n

Ensure full compliance with current QLD legislation

What we're looking for:

n

Minimum 1-3 years' Property Management experience

n

Current QLD Certificate of Registration

n

Solid communication and time management skills

n

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

n

Valid driver's licence

n
