With 4 chairs and a strong focus on general dentistry, Invisalign and Orthodontic services, this centre provides quality, accessible care to the local community. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced people leader or a Senior Dental Assistant or Practice Manager ready to step up. You'll be supported by your Regional Manager and national teams to develop your leadership skills and make your mark in a rewarding, fast-paced environment.

About the role

As Practice Manager, you'll take responsibility for the daily operations of the Blacktown centre, ensuring a positive and professional environment for both patients and your team. You'll:

- Lead, mentor and motivate your team to deliver an exceptional patient experience every time
- Manage rosters, appointment scheduling, patient flow and centre presentation
- Support dentists to deliver efficient, high-quality general dental care
- Ensure compliance with clinical and operational policies and procedures
- Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner closely with your Regional Manager on business goals, team development and centre growth

This role combines hands-on operational management with genuine people leadership - ideal for someone who thrives on variety, teamwork and making things run smoothly.

You'll also bring

- Experience in dental or healthcare operations - as a Practice Manager, Senior DA, or team leader
- Confidence managing the daily operations of a busy centre
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach and develop others
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves
- A genuine passion for patient care and teamwork
