Finance Manager / Treasury Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Officer to support our daily treasury and finance operations.

n

The role covers bank payments, cash reporting, bank reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable support, and treasury system implementation.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Process daily bank payments and review supporting documents.
n
- Manage online banking activities and monitor bank balances.
n
- Prepare daily cash reports and assist with cash flow forecasting.
n
- Perform bank reconciliations and follow up on payment exceptions.
n
- Assist with supplier invoice checks, payment enquiries, and receipt allocation.
n
- Participate in treasury system testing,



data validation, documentation, and go-live support.
n
- Maintain accurate finance records and comply with internal control requirements.
n

Skills and Experience:

n

n
- Previous finance, treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or accounting experience in Australia.
n
- Experience with online banking, payment processing, and bank reconciliation.
n
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
n
- Valuable communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
