ShipBob is seeking an Onsite Merchant Support Specialist to monitor inventory control at our partner fulfillment centers in Altona, Australia. You will be the sole onsite ShipBob representative coordinating with leadership to resolve merchant concerns and to support scalable operations.
The role requires 2+ years of ICQA experience in a warehousing setting, fluency in English, and proficiency with WMS software and RF scanning.
