This women's fashion brand is known for helping customers feel confident, comfortable and stylish every day. As the Flagship Store Manager, you'll lead the opening and success of their brand-new Canberra Centre location and store concept! You’ll create an inviting shopping experience, develop a customer‑centric team culture and build lasting repeat business through genuine styling advice and exceptional service.

About you:

You're a people-focused retail leader who genuinely loves fashion, styling and helping customers look and feel their best. Naturally outgoing, positive and energetic, you thrive on creating memorable customer experiences and motivating your team to succeed. With retail leadership experience and strong relationship‑building skills, you'll bring enthusiasm, initiative and confidence to this exciting flagship prospect.

Responsibilities will include:

- Lead, coach and develop a small high‑performing store team




- Deliver exceptional customer service and styling experiences
- Drive sales, store performance and daily retail operations
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Manage stock, inventory accuracy and store administration

Successful applicants will have:

- Experience leading a retail team, ideally within fashion
- Passion for women's fashion, styling and customer service
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Confidence managing stock, POS and store operations
- Positive, energetic and hands‑on leadership approach

You will receive:

- $65k base salary with full-time permanent stability
- Tuesday‑Saturday roster with work‑life balance
- No late‑night rostered trading requirements
- Lead a stunning brand‑new flagship store
