Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of industrial developments across Melbourne, with a solid focus on warehouses, logistics facilities, and data centre projects. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, from design coordination and procurement through to construction, commissioning, and handover.

The ideal candidate will bring strong contractor-side or client-side experience in fast-paced industrial and mission-critical environments, with a proven ability to deliver large-scale, high-value projects on time, within budget, and to strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Management

n

- Lead end-to-end delivery of industrial, warehousing, and data centre projects
n
- Manage project scope, programme, budget, risks, and quality outcomes
n
- Drive project execution from design development through to practical completion and handover
n

Stakeholder Management

n

n
- Act as primary interface between client, consultants, contractors,



and authorities
n
- Facilitate clear communication across all project stakeholders
n
- Manage expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives
n

Commercial & Contract Management

n

n
- Oversee contract administration including head contracts and subcontract packages
n
- Manage variations, claims, and cost reporting in collaboration with commercial teams
n
- Ensure strong cost control and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle
n
- Develop and maintain detailed project programmes
n
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively to avoid delays and cost overruns
n
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
n

Quality, Safety & Compliance

n

- Enforce high standards of safety across all project phases
n
- Ensure compliance with Australian building codes, authority requirements, and client standards
n
- Promote a strong safety-first culture on site
