Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Test Lead, Test Manager, QA Lead, Senior Test Analyst, or Test Practice Specialist.
n
- Strong experience in test planning, test management, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
n
- Hands-on experience across SIT, System Testing, E2E, Regression, Functional Testing, and UAT.
n
- Experience in UI Testing and Cross-Browser Testing.
n
- Strong experience writing and executing test cases and test scenarios.
n
- Experience facilitating UAT and obtaining business sign-off.
n
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and operate effectively in a high-pressure environment.
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
n
- Experience working in complex enterprise technology or transformation programs is highly desirable.
