Job Description

Village Roadshow Ltd on the Gold Coast invites applications for a Conference and Events Coordinator. You will plan and coordinate all aspects of allocated conferences, events and weddings across Village Roadshow Theme Parks and Sea World Resort.

You'll manage event orders, quotations, contracts, site visits and post-event reconciliations, with a solid focus on customer service, teamwork and timely delivery. Some evenings and weekends required.
