About the Role
As a Diploma Educator, you will work collaboratively with your team to deliver engaging,
play-based learning experiences that support each child's learning, development, and wellbeing.
You will build meaningful relationships with children and families while contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning workplace
- Observe and document children's learning and development
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality education and care
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre
- Support children's wellbeing, learning,
and development through meaningful interactions

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
Current Child Protection training/certificate
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for early childhood education
Preferably 2+ years’ experience working in an early childhood education and care setting
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
