About the role

n

Step into a key leadership role on our Assembly floor! As Production Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of your area, leading your team through clear direction and support to deliver production excellence, superior quality outcomes and a safe, high-performing work environment.

What you'll be doing





n

n
- Lead by example on safety culture, ensuring hazards are identified, escalated and controlled
n
- Ensure GMP, housekeeping and food safety requirements are met in line with HACCP compliance
n
- Own line efficiency, product quality and manufacturing goals for your area
n
- Coordinate training and onboarding, driving our How We Work Together Commitments across the team
n
- Roster and manage staffing levels, addressing performance and team issues as they arise
n

n

What we're looking for

n

n
- 3+ years' experience leading or managing people in a fast-paced food processing environment
n
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and HACCP requirements
n
- A sharp eye for detail with a solid focus on performance, line efficiency, product quality and safety
n
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead with respect and open communication
n
