We're looking for an experienced General Manager to lead Eureka 4WD and Truck Training, an established and growing business within Industry Pathways Group (IPW). IPW Group comprises three leading education brands, Australian Paramedical College, PathLab Education and Eureka 4WD and Truck Training.

About the opportunity

n

Reporting directly to the CEO and as a member of the Industry Pathways Group Senior Leadership Team, you'll take ownership of the overall performance of Eureka.

n

You'll lead the business across commercial performance, growth, operations, customer relationships, people and quality, with full P&L; accountability.

n

At the heart of the role is connecting the dots — turning strategy into action, commercial opportunities into sustainable growth, customer needs into exceptional service and team capability into business performance.

You'll have the opportunity to:

n

Own the Eureka P&L; and drive revenue, profitability and sustainable growth

n

Develop and execute the strategic direction of the business

n

Identify new markets, partnerships and revenue opportunities

n

Lead major tenders, contract negotiations and strategic growth initiatives

n

Build and grow executive-level relationships with key clients across mining, resources, government, infrastructure and related industries

n

Lead day-to-day operational performance and continuous improvement

n





Develop and empower a high-performing leadership team

n

Use data, systems and insight to improve productivity and customer outcomes

n

About you

n

We're looking for a confident, commercially astute leader who can move comfortably between operations, strategy and execution.

n

You'll bring demonstrated success in a senior leadership role such as General Manager, Business Manager, Operations Manager or similar, along with:

n

Proven experience with full P&L; and financial accountability within the RTO / VET sector

n

Robust commercial acumen and a track record of driving revenue and growth

n

Experience developing strategic client relationships and winning new business

n

The ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders and decision‐makers

n

Proven experience leading leaders and building high-performing teams

n

Strong operational management and continuous improvement capability

n

Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills

n

Strategic thinking, sound judgement and a bias towards action

n

Experience in vocational education, training services, workforce development, mining, resources, infrastructure, transport, defence or government will be highly regarded.

n

Most importantly, you'll be a leader who brings energy, curiosity and commercial thinking, someone who sees opportunity, builds relationships and gets things done.
