Account Director – Public Relations & Corporate Affairs

$100,000 – $130,000 annual salary package

Elevate is looking for an experienced agency Account Director with a strong background in public relations, corporate communications and/or corporate affairs. You'll be comfortable leading senior client relationships, developing strategic communications programs and translating complex business issues into compelling communications.

You'll work alongside an experienced leadership team, providing strategic communication advice across corporate communications, media relations, stakeholder engagement, digital communications and issues management.

You'll be responsible for:

n





Leading a portfolio of clients across diverse sectors

n

Providing trusted strategic advice to senior executives

n

Leading integrated communication campaigns

n

Mentoring and developing consultants and account managers

n

Managing commercial performance including budgets, scopes and profitability

n

Contributing to agency growth and new business opportunities

n

You'll bring:

n

5-8 years' experience in a PR or communication agency or similar

n

Strong strategic thinking and writing ability

n

Experience leading integrated communication programs

n

Confidence advising senior stakeholders

n

A collaborative leadership style

n

Commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets

n

Experience in transport, government, property, franchise, NFP, health, manufacturing or agribusiness will be highly regarded.
