AUSTK Construction Pty Ltd is seeking a Site Manager for a townhouse project in North Brisbane. You will be the single point of contact in office, responsible for day-to-day management, coordination, and delivery of a complex residential development.
Lead on-site teams and subcontractors, manage schedules and budgets, ensure safety, quality, and compliance with building codes. Experience with Procore or MS Project is desirable, and QBCC Builder’s Licence is required.
