Inner OC is looking for an experienced Owners Corporation Manager to take on a portfolio of 75–80 Tier 3/4 properties totalling around 450 lots across Melbourne.

About the role

n

You'll manage your portfolio end to end, acting as the primary point of contact for committees and owners, and overseeing all aspects of governance, compliance, financial reporting and day-to-day administration for your properties.

Portfolio of 75–80 Tier 3/4 properties

n

All meetings run during business hours - no after-hours meetings required

n

Flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per week

n

Full end-to-end management responsibility for your portfolio

About you

n

Experience managing an Owners Corporation / strata portfolio (or equivalent strata industry experience)

n

Robust communication skills and a client-first approach

n

Well organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities across a diverse portfolio

n

SCA accreditation (or working towards it) highly regarded
