How you'll make an impact

This isn't a leadership role from behind a desk.

n

You'll be on the shop floor, working alongside your team, supporting customers and driving the day-to-day success of the store.

You'll:

Lead, coach and develop your team

Build strong relationships with trade and retail customers

Drive sales growth and identify local business opportunities

Maintain high standards across service, safety and store presentation

Manage inventory and operational performance
