Job Description

The Yiros Shop is seeking a passionate Retail Manager for our Southport location on the Gold Coast. This full-time role (38 hours per week) leads restaurant operations, staff, sales and customer experience, ensuring high food safety and service standards in a rapid-paced environment.

You will manage a team, coordinate stock and purchasing, and work with the Assistant Restaurant Manager to hit sales targets and maintain regulatory compliance.
