Job Description

Nando's Australia and Recent Zealand seeks a Head of Design to lead restaurant design across ANZ, overseeing new builds, relocations and refurbishments for a 12-month parental leave cover. You will report to the Chief Development Officer and lead a Design Coordinator, shaping spaces that balance brand, customer experience and commercial outcomes.

Collaborate with Development, Construction, Operations and global teams to drive innovation while maintaining local market relevance and design standards.
