About the role

Join a high-performing private wealth team supporting HNW clients and a senior adviser. Take ownership of client service, advice implementation and account administration, with scope to develop into paraplanning or team leadership.

- Manage front-line client queries and administration
n
- Establish and maintain Wrap accounts
n
- Process pension payments, contributions and rollovers
n
- Assist with advice implementation and strategic recommendations
n
- Complete AML/KYC for clients including SMSF and trust accounts
n
- Prepare ROA's and provide basic paraplanning support
n
- Liaise with clients, advisers, platforms and external providers
n
- Support broader process and operational improvements
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- 2+ years' experience as a Client Services Officer in a financial advice business
n
- Strong communication and client administration skills
n
- Experience with advice implementation and ROA's
n
- Exposure to HNW, complex clients will be favourable
n
- Resilient,
