Job Description

Wishbone, the latest concept from Lucas Collective, is launching in Melbourne's CBD this November. We're looking for an Assistant Head Sommelier to lead wine service, manage the cellar and create memorable guest experiences alongside Loïc Avril, Group Wine Director, and Yuki Hirose, Group Head Sommelier.

You'll grow your wine knowledge, drive stock control, and help shape Wishbone's wine program from day one.
