n We are partnering with a well-established civil construction business to recruit an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to join their growing team.
n With a solid pipeline of projects across the Perth metropolitan area, this is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role with a respected contractor.
n This position will initially commence as a contract opportunity, with strong potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
n The Role as a Civil Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
n Your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising civil construction crews, plant and subcontractors
n
- Coordinating daily site activities and project resources
n
- Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements
n
- Managing site productivity and maintaining project schedules
n
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
n
- Liaising with project managers, engineers and subcontractors
n
- Monitoring quality and ensuring compliance with relevant safety requirements
n
- Providing leadership and support to site personnel

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
n
n
- 5+ years' experience within civil construction, preferably in land development
n
- Previous experience supervising civil works and site crews
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills
n
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities
n
- The ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
n
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
- Construction White Card
n
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
- Permanent Australian working rights
n
n
A background operating civil machinery or progressing from an operator into supervision will be highly regarded.
n
