What You'll Do
n Based at Werribee,you'll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.
n The Werribee office has a team of 12 clinicians with a make up of:
n 6 OT's, 2 Physiotherapist's, 2 Behaviour Support Practitioner's and 2 Allied Health Assistant's.
n You'll work across homes, clinics,



and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.
n You'll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.

Qualifications

n

n
- PBS registration - Proficient suitability as a minimum
n
- Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.
n
- A valid driver's license and personal vehicle
n
- An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
n
- Minimum of 4 years Behaviour Support experience
