FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANT – Premium Dining

We are seeking experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to join our premium dining teams, working across a variety of restaurant styles. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are confident in sequence of service, thrive in fast-paced environments, and take pride in delivering polished, memorable guest experiences.

Your Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will deliver consistent, high-quality service across a range of premium venues. You'll bring confidence, efficiency, and professionalism to every service while maintaining Hamilton Island's established service standards.

Where you'll make an impact

- Deliver polished table service following established Sequence of Service
n
- Confidently manage a la carte orders in fast-paced, premium venues
n




- Carry three plates and manage tray service with confidence and control
n
- Set and clear courses efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
n
- Provide qualified, attentive service tailored to guest expectations
n
- Maintain RSA and food safety standards at all times
n
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing service team
n
- Support opening and closing duties to ensure venue readiness
n

What we're looking for

n

You are an experienced and professional Food & Beverage Attendant who takes pride in refined service and attention to detail. You are confident, adaptable, and comfortable working across different restaurant styles while maintaining premium service standards.

n

To be successful, you will need:

n

- Previous experience in premium or high-end dining environments
n
- Strong understanding of sequence of service and a la carte dining
n
- Confidence carrying three plates and managing tray service
n
- Professional presentation and communication skills
n
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced service periods
n
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (Essential)
n
- Flexibility to work across multiple venues and split shifts
n
