The Opportunity

This is a full-time, permanent Room Leader position. You'll lead your room with confidence, guide your team, and create meaningful learning experiences for children every day. With autonomy in your role, dedicated planning time, and a robust support network, you'll have everything you need to succeed.

You'll also play a key role in maintaining a positive, collaborative culture within the centre. This is your chance to step into leadership, bring fresh ideas to life,

What We're Looking For

- Diploma in Children's Services (or ACECQA equivalent)
- 2-3 years experience in a Room lead poistion
- CurrentFirst Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- Working With Children Check
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for creating engaging, child-led learning environments
