Property Manager | Earlwood | Supportive Team | Up To $95,000 Package

An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded real estate agency based in Earlwood.

This is a great role for someone looking to join a supportive, team-oriented team with strong systems and assistance in place, allowing you to focus on delivering a high level of service to landlords and tenants.

The Role

You will manage an end-to-end portfolio of approximately 180–200 properties, with support from the wider property management team.

- Managing an end-to-end residential portfolio
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Routine inspections and property condition reporting
- Arrears management
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Managing ingoing and outgoing tenants




- Handling day-to-day landlord and tenant enquiries
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation

About You

You will ideally have previous Property Management experience and be confident managing your own portfolio. You will be organised, approachable and have strong communication and time-management skills.
