The Opportunity

You'll become a trusted advisor to a diverse range of clients, including professionals, grooms, wedding parties, and event attendees. From the first conversation through to final delivery, you'll play a key role in ensuring every client receives outstanding service and expert guidance.

Rather than a traditional retail sales environment, this position focuses on understanding individual needs, providing personalised recommendations, and delivering a seamless customer journey.

- Deliver personalised styling and consultation experiences
n
- Build lasting client relationships that drive repeat and referral business
n
- Guide clients through product, fit and styling selections
n
- Convert enquiries into appointments and sales opportunities
n
- Manage wedding parties and key event timelines
n
- Maintain exceptional communication throughout the client journey
n
- Support showroom presentation and CRM management
n
- Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding results
n

About You

n

n
- 3+ years' experience in sales, client service or account management
n
- A natural relationship builder with exceptional communication skills
n




- Confident engaging with clients face-to-face and over the phone
n
- Passionate about style, fashion and helping people look and feel their best
n
- Highly organised with strong follow-up and attention to detail
n
- Skilled, polished and target-driven
n
- Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, weddings or premium service environments is highly regarded
n
- Available to work weekends as part of a rotating roster
n

Monday & Tuesday - Off

Wednesday & Thursday - 9:00am-5:00pm

Friday & Saturday - 1:00pm-9:00pm

Sunday - 9:00am-5:00pm
