We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Business Centre Administrator to join our team in Mount Isa, QLD . In this position, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the branch and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business centre.

What you'll be doing:
n
n
- Provide professional front-of-house support - answer and direct internal and external enquiries promptly, courteously, and professionally, including reception coverage as required.
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service - welcome and assist visitors while providing a positive experience for internal and external stakeholders.
n
- Manage workforce administration - coordinate Time and Attendance processes and maintain accurate records across business systems,
including Microsoft AX.
n
- Maintain workplace information - update organisational charts, evacuation maps, noticeboards, and other business communications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
n
- Support financial administration - assist the Accounts function with administrative, reporting, and finance-related activities as required.
n
- Coordinate travel and events - arrange travel bookings and provide administrative support for branch meetings, training sessions, and events.
n
- Manage purchasing processes - raise and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
n
- Provide general administrative support - prepare documentation and perform tasks such as photocopying, scanning, laminating, and document binding.
n
- Support Parts and Service operations - undertake administrative duties for the Parts and Service departments as directed by the Operations Manager.
n
- Monitor performance and reporting - track task progress, report outcomes, and contribute to achieving quality, timeliness, and business performance objectives.

What you'll need:
n
n
- Demonstrate administrative experience - bring a minimum of two years' experience in an administrative or office support role, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
n
- Apply relevant qualifications - hold qualifications in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related discipline.
n
- Leverage industry knowledge - utilise previous experience within the mining, heavy equipment, construction, or related industries to support business operations.

- Utilise strong computer skills - confidently work with Microsoft Office applications, business systems, and databases to maintain accurac
