About the Role

n

We're looking for a Structural Engineer with 2-4 years' post-graduate experience to join a busy and supportive team. You'll work across a genuinely varied caseload - from timber, concrete, steel and masonry structures through to heritage-listed buildings, education facilities and residential developments, giving you real breadth to grow your technical skills and experience beyond a single sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for an intermediate engineer who wants to keep developing under experienced principals, take on increasing responsibility, and build a long-term career with a firm that invests in mentorship and progression toward Chartered/CPEng status.

Key responsibilities:

- Structural design and analysis across a range of materials (timber, concrete, steel, masonry)
n
- Preparation of drawings, specifications and reports
n
- Liaising with architects, clients, contractors and other consultants
n
- Contributing to projects across the education, residential, heritage and civil sectors
n
- Site inspections and contract administration as required
n

About You

n

n
- A tertiary qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering
n
- Approximately 2-4 years' relevant experience in a structural consulting environment
n
- Proficiency in structural analysis and CAD/BIM software
n
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage your own workload
n
- A collaborative, detail-oriented approach and a genuine interest in developing your career
n
- Working towards (or eligible for) Chartered/CPEng status is highly regarded
n
