BaptistCare is seeking an experienced Funding Consultant to join our Residential & Retirement Living team in Victoria. The role focuses on monitoring and optimising AN-ACC funding to support quality care across our residential aged care homes.

Reporting to the Funding Practice Lead, you will analyse funding trends, advise managers, and collaborate with AN-ACC Coordinators to maximise funding outcomes while ensuring compliance and sustainable services.
