Operations Manager — Mt Gambier, SA Full-time

Water Dynamics has been Irrigating Australia for over 30 years. Our Mt Gambier branch is our largest and most complex — 30 people across retail, projects, service and trades — and we're looking for an organised, process-driven Operations Manager to make sure the administrative side of the business runs like clockwork.

Responsibilities

n

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll own the branch's administration end-to-end — job set-up and invoicing, purchasing, payroll inputs, fleet and compliance — and lead a team of two Office Administrators. You'll be the custodian of our EH&S; systems and the superuser of our ERP, CRM and field-service platforms, so the daily numbers are right and the team gets home safe every day.

You bring

n

n
- 5+ years in office, administration or operations management, ideally in trades, service or agribusiness.
n




- Experience leading a small administrative team.
n
- Working knowledge of EH&S; systems and obligations (Certificate IV in WHS highly regarded).
n
- Strong financial and systems literacy — job costing, AP/AR, ERP, CRM and Excel.

- Attention to detail, a process mindset and a calm head in a busy branch.
