Altera Digital Health is expanding its Australia-based legal function and seeks a commercially minded lawyer to lead regional deals part-time (2–3 days a week). You will partner with leadership to negotiate SaaS agreements, advise on privacy and data security, and help scale templates and processes for a rapid-growing region.
Ideal candidates are Australian-qualified with strong corporate/commercial experience, and a view to shape the function with autonomy and strategic impact in Melbourne.
