About the Role

n

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer ready to step into Project Management to join a major multi-stage land development project in South Ripley.

n

The project encompasses multiple residential subdivision and commercial developments, with multiple active land development sites currently operating across the region.

n

You will play a key role in the delivery of civil works across the project, working closely with the project team, subcontractors, clients and key stakeholders.

n

The scope includes:

n

- Clearing and shaping
n
- Bulk earthworks
n
- Underground services
n
- Culverts
n
- Pavements
n
- Asphalt
n
- Subdivision and associated civil infrastructure
n

n

As Project Manager, you will have responsibility for project delivery, programming, construction methodology, commercial performance, contract administration, quality, safety and environmental outcomes.

n

For a Senior Project Engineer,



this represents an opportunity to take the next step into a Project Manager position within a major project environment.

n

About You

n

We are looking for candidates with:

n

n
- Proven experience delivering civil subdivision or land development projects
n
- Solid understanding of bulk earthworks, underground services, pavements and associated civil works
n
- Project Engineering or Project Management experience within a civil contracting environment
n
- Strong commercial and contract administration capability
n
- The ability to manage multiple work fronts and competing priorities
n
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Relevant Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management qualification is desirable
n

n

Previous experience managing multiple projects and strong contract, planning and project delivery capability are key requirements for the position.

n

What's on Offer

n

Project Manager: $170,000 – $210,000 + super + fully serviced motor vehicle

n

Senior Project Engineer: $145,000 – $180,000 + super + fully serviced motor vehicle

n

The vehicle package includes fuel, tolls and servicing.

n

You will join a growing project team with the opportunity to work on a significant multi-stage development while being part of a contractor with a strong pipeline of work across the East Coast.
