Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage quantitative projects from briefing through to final delivery
- Lead questionnaire development, project setup and fieldwork management
- Develop analysis plans and storyboards focused on clients' business objectives
- Analyse primary and secondary data to uncover meaningful insights and opportunitiesTranslate complex findings into succinct reports and strategic recommendations
- Lead presentations and facilitate discussions with client stakeholders
- Manage day-to-day client relationships, project updates and requests
- Collaborate with quantitative, qualitative, marketing science, consulting and strategy specialists
- Support senior leaders with proposals, pitches and new business activity
- Use AI-enabled tools to improve the quality and efficiency of project delivery
Skills & Experience
- Around 3-5 years of experience in quantitative market research, insights or consulting
- Experience independently managing projects across the full research lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with pack testing, concept testing and tracking studies
- Ideally, exposure to more complex methodologies such as pricing and portfolio analysis and usage and attitude studies
- Experience across sectors such as consumer goods, food and beverage, energy or essential services would be advantageous
- A strong understanding of quantitative methodologies and statistics
- The ability to find the story in the data and connect insights to commercial outcomes
- Excellent communication, presentation and consultative skills
- Creative thinking and genuine curiosity about people, brands and business
- Solid project management skills and confidence managing client relationships
- Experience with Q or similar analysis platforms
