About The Role

The Principal Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and deploying secure, production grade AI solutions while also advising clients on architecture, governance, and risk.

n

The Principal Engineer will work across consulting and delivery—creating secure AI deployment workflows, reference architectures, and reusable blueprints, while directly building and implementing solutions for enterprise and government clients.

What You'll Do

n

- Design and build Secure AI and GenAI infrastructure, cloud templates and platforms to accelerate client adoption of AI agentic and AI embedded workflows
n
- Develop Secure AI deployment workflows, patterns, and reusable blueprints
n
- Architect and implement AI platforms aligned to security, privacy, and compliance requirements
n
- Deliver hands‐on AI architecture, MLOps, and GenAIOps services to customers
n
- Lead technical solution design during presales and client discovery phases
n
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data platforms and existing systems
n
- Implement secure model lifecycle management, monitoring, and controls
n
- Mentor consultants and engineers through technical leadership and delivery
n
- Contribute to thought leadership, intellectual property development,



and Secure‐AI service catalogue expansion
n
- Actively collaborate across CyberCX, and continuously look for ways to add value. Facilitate communication, partnerships and cross‐pollination across the business to allow teams to better engage and service customers
n

What You'll Bring

n

n
- 8+ years in solution architecture, software engineering, or technical consulting
n
- Solid hands‐on experience building AI/ML or Generative AI solutions
n
- Deep understanding of secure AI architectures and deployment patterns
n
- Experience delivering production‐grade systems in regulated environments
n
- Strong client‐facing skills and ability to translate requirements into solutions
n
- Proven ability to work across advisory and build responsibilities A practical, team‐oriented approach to solving problems and delivering outcomes
