About the role
n
We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer / Software Engineer to support the development and configuration of a Salesforce CRM setting in a fast-paced delivery team. You'll work under the direction of the Senior Salesforce Developer in an agile (Kanban/Scrum) environment, contributing to high-quality outcomes across configuration, development, and workflow automation.

Key responsibilities
n
n
- Configure and enhance Salesforce CRM features to support business processes
n
- Build and implement Salesforce Flows and workflow automation
n
- Develop using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
n
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to design and deliver solutions
n
- Support release planning and delivery, contributing to continuous improvement of tools/processes
n
n
Essential requirements
n
n
- Current Salesforce certifications:n n
- Platform Administrator
n
- Platform App Builder
n
- Platform Developer
n
n
- Strong hands-on Salesforce platform experience: administration, development, configuration, and customisation
n
- Proven delivery of Flows, Apex, and LWC in production environments
n
- Demonstrated ability to engage business areas and automate processes on the platform
n
- Experience working to agile software delivery practices
n
n
Desirable
n
n
- Azure DevOps and/or Jira experience
n
- Exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud, OmniStudio, Service Cloud Voice
n
- Additional certs (nice to have): Platform Developer II, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant
n
