Senior Project Manager - Business Transformation

About the Role

n

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of key business transformation initiatives focused on safety, risk, governance, and process improvement. Working within a collaborative transformation team, you will lead projects from planning through to implementation, ensuring business objectives are achieved while engaging effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.

n

This role will suit a project professional who combines strong delivery capability with stakeholder management, business process improvement, and technology implementation experience.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead the planning, governance, and delivery of transformation projects.
n
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
n
- Drive process improvement and technology-enabled business outcomes.
n
- Coordinate project activities across multiple business functions.
n
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee delivery against agreed outcomes.
n
- Support procurement, RFQ, and contract management activities.
n
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings.
n
- Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
n
- Partner with Change Management teams to support business readiness and successful adoption.
n
- Ensure smooth transition of solutions into business-as-usual operations.
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Proven experience delivering complex business and technology transformation projects.
n
- Strong project management capability across the full project lifecycle.
n




- Experience working with business process improvement and system implementation initiatives.
n
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.
n
- Experience working with vendors, procurement processes, and commercial agreements.
n
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
- Demonstrated ability to work in complex, fast-paced environments.
n
- Experience within safety, risk, governance, compliance, or regulated environments will be highly regarded.
n
- Ability to influence outcomes and build effective working relationships at all levels of an organisation.
n
