About the Role

n

As an Account Manager, you'll own the commercial and client relationship for our health sector maintenance contract across 85+ sites in Western Sydney, working closely with the Service Coordinator and field team to ensure delivery expectations are met.

- Acting as the primary point of contact for the client, building a trusted, long-term relationship
n
- Overseeing the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across health sector sites
n
- Monitoring contract performance against KPIs and reporting on outcomes
n




- Identifying opportunities to grow the account and improve service delivery
n
- Working closely with the Service Coordinator and technicians to resolve issues and keep work on track
n
- Managing budgets, forecasting and commercial reporting for the contract
n
- Representing Star Group in client meetings, site visits and reviews
n
- Championing safety, quality and compliance across every site and every job
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Proven experience in account or contract management, ideally within electrical, facilities or trade services
n
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, KPIs and reporting
n
- Confident, senior-level communicator, comfortable presenting to and managing client relationships
n
- Experience in or a strong understanding of electrical maintenance contracting (highly regarded)
n
- A leader who can motivate and support a field-based team through a coordinator
n
- Sound problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
n
