BOUNCE is seeking a Cafe Team Leader to own the café experience, leading from the front in one of our energetic venues. You’ll drive hospitality, coffee quality and team wellbeing, ensuring standards shine during busy periods.
You’ll coach and develop your Cafe Hosts, manage stock and compliance, and look for opportunities to upsell and improve cafe performance. Availability Thu–Mon incl Fri nights and weekends is required.
