We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Gaming Attendant to join our friendly team. This role is ideal for someone with strong gaming knowledge who enjoys creating a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment for guests.

Your Role

n

As a Gaming Attendant, you'll primarily work within the gaming lounge, ensuring all gaming operations run smoothly and compliantly while delivering friendly, professional service to every guest.

n

Where you'll make an impact

n

- Operate and monitor gaming facilities including pokies, TAB, and Keno
n
- Provide excellent customer service within the gaming lounge
n




- Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Gambling requirements
n
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash securely
n
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gaming environment
n
- Assist with food and beverage service if required during quieter periods
n
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
n

What we're looking for

n

You are a confident and approachable hospitality professional with proven gaming experience and a strong understanding of compliance requirements.

n

To be successful, you will need:

n

- Proven experience in gaming operations including pokies, TAB, and Keno (essential)
n
- Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (essential)
n
- Current QLD Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certificate (essential)
n
- Solid communication and customer service skills
n
- A positive attitude and attention to detail
n
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings and weekends
n
- Open driver's licence preferred
n
