Responsibilities

- Assessing and advising clients on their eligibility for various visa options
- Strong focus on GSM & Partner Visas
- Opportunity to work with our senior lawyers on B2B sponsorships and complex matters
- Preparing and submitting visa applications and supporting documentation
- Liaising with clients, government authorities and other stakeholders on immigration matters
- Providing expert advice on immigration policies and regulations




- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Keeping up to date with changes in immigration laws and policies

Requirements

- Excellent knowledge of Australian immigration policies and regulations
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
