This hands on position supports the Restaurant Manager by leading each shift, coordinating the team, maintaining service standards and ensuring a welcoming experience for our members and guests.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- Strong hospitality and customer service experience
- Confidence leading and supporting a team
- Transparent communication and sound judgement
- A proactive approach to cleanliness, safety and service
- Commitment to training and developing others
- Knowledge of food safety and responsible service requirements
